 Hello ! I want to wish everyone a very Happy Holiday Season and a Happy New Year. I hope everyone enjoys time with friends and family. Here are a few songs sung by Patti La Belle from 1963 that I like to listen to every year around Christmas. The first one is “Jingle Bells” and the second one is “White Christmas”. I love to cook Thanksgiving dinner. I usually have these foods on Thanksgiving: turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing, brussel sprouts, mashed potatoes and gravy. I cook a lot of food so I can eat the same food for one week after Thanksgiving. This year, I cooked for my friends Rick, Leslie and Tim. I hope everyone had a Happy Thanksgiving !

My favorite holiday is Christmas. Christmas is in December. It’s on December 25th. I  like to do many things on Christmas and in the days before Christmas. I like to cook special foods like turkey and stuffing. I like to bake Christmas cookies and stollen. (stollen is a German sweet bread.) I love to listen to Christmas music. I also love to get a Christmas tree and decorate it. I like to put lights and other decorations on the tree. I also love to visit my family and friends on Christmas.
